
According to Mark Irwin of The Sun, Stan Kreonke has given Arsenal the go ahead to make a third bid for Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo.
Arsenal are confident they can convince Brighton into accepting a £75m deal for the Ecuadorian midfielder.
The £75m offer which is set to be submitted will be a transfer record for The Gunners.
The deal for Moises Caicedo will not effect any move for Declan Rice in the summer. Arsenal want both.
