Numerous Premier League teams are struggling with UEFA Financial Fair Play (FFP) constraints, and Arsenal could capitalise on the situation despite facing their own challenges.

The Gunners have set their sights on several potential recruits, concentrating their efforts on securing deals to bolster the squad in the upcoming summer transfer window.

Following their exhilarating triumph over Liverpool last weekend, Arsenal confidence has soared in the Premier League. As they prepare to confront West Ham United, they aim to sustain their positive momentum. Despite recent difficulties in this fixture, Arsenal are determined to assert their ambitions for the title at the London Stadium.

Amid the anticipation surrounding Sunday’s clash, focus is also drawn to the swirling transfer rumours surrounding the club. Rumours indicate that Arsenal may extend a helping hand to Wolves in navigating Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations by considering a summer move for Pedro Neto. With Wolves reportedly facing challenges in meeting the Premier League’s Profitability and Sustainability rules, they may need to offload players to rectify their finances.

Football Insider reports Arsenal’s keen interest in acquiring Neto, with the Portuguese winger impressing observers at the Emirates Stadium. Despite previous speculation linking Neto with Manchester City, his recent impactful performances, including a goal and an assist in his last two outings, have intensified Arsenal’s intrigue. The Gunners perceive Neto as a potential asset to enhance competition on the wings alongside Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli.

Mikel Arteta aims to assemble a competitive squad, with his focus shifting towards enhancing the attacking line with versatile players capable of contributing in multiple positions. Persistent rumors continue to link Napoli striker Victor Osimhen and Brentford’s Ivan Toney to Arsenal, while recent reports indicate the possibility of Gabriel Jesus becoming a regular wing option next season.

Martinelli currently holds the mantle as the preferred left winger, a position unlikely to see immediate alteration. However, the Brazilian should anticipate increased competition in the upcoming season if Arsenal successfully secures the services of Neto or any additional striking options.
