According to reports, Arsenal are plotting a move for 23-year old Jesper Lindstrøm come the summer transfer window.
The Dane has already told his representatives and Eintracht Frankfurt that he will be looking for a new club at the end of the season if the German club fail to qualify for any European Competition next season.
Eintracht Frankfurt are currently sitting in 6th place in the Bundesliga, which is only enough for Conference League football next season, but Eintracht’s form has dipped over the last few weeks with the German club picking up just five points from their last five games.
One of the standout performers in their side is 23-year old Jesper Lindstrøm, who operates as an attacking midfielder but can also operate on the wings. His biggest attributes are his vision, decision-making and shooting.

He would provide some good quality in depth behind Gabriel Martinelli & Bukayo Saka on the wings & also Martin Odegaard & Fabio Vieira in the attacking midfielder area. With it looking all but likely that Arsenal will have Champions League football next season, it could be a smart signing from the Gunners if it is one they can get over the line.
So far this season, Lindstrøm has scored seven goals and assisted twice in 22 matches in the Bundesliga, with an average rating of 6.98 according to FotMob.
When he heard that Arsenal were interested in him last year, he responded by saying:
“It’s always great to play in the biggest league in the world, but whether Arsenal is right for me is hard to say. Right now, I’m in a good place in Frankfurt, but it’s great that there are clubs like them that are watching me.”
Lindstrøm’s current contract expires in 2026, and if he decides to leave Frankfurt this summer, the German club will be looking for at least €30million for the player.
