Arsenal are closely monitoring the situation of Dusan Vlahovic at Juventus, with a potential move on the cards for the striker in the upcoming summer transfer window. Transfer insider Dean Jones has shed light on the Gunners’ interest in Vlahovic, despite facing competition from a Premier League rival.

Juventus are open to selling Vlahovic for a £51 million fee, as it would not only allow them to lower their wage bill but also focus on acquiring replacements for the talented striker. Vlahovic, who joined Juventus from Fiorentina in January 2022, has been in impressive form this season, scoring 17 goals in 31 appearances.

Jones believes that Vlahovic could be a game-changer for Arsenal, stating, “He has the ability to completely change the dimension of a team and could emerge as an option for Premier League clubs in the summer.” With Arsenal eyeing reinforcements in the attacking department, Vlahovic presents himself as a prime target for Mikel Arteta’s side.

Meanwhile, Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale has caught the eye of Wolverhampton Wanderers, who have placed the shot-stopper on a three-man shortlist of targets. With Wolves anticipating the departure of current goalkeeper Jose Sa, Ramsdale, who has been restricted to limited game time this season, is being considered as a potential replacement.

However, Ramsdale’s future at Arsenal remains uncertain, as sources suggest that the English international is ‘open-minded’ about a potential move to Premier League rivals Newcastle United. The former Bournemouth goalkeeper could be tempted by the prospect of regular first-team football should a move to Newcastle materialise.

With clubs like Arsenal and Wolves actively seeking to strengthen their squads, the summer transfer window promises to be an exciting time for fans and pundits alike where both clubs aim to secure the services of top talents to bolster their squads for the upcoming season.
