Nico Williams is a 20-year-old right winger currently playing his football Athletic Bilbao in Spain. At just 20-years-old he’s started 95% of the club’s league games so far this season, scoring four goals & grabbing five assists.

He’s participated in 29% of Athletic Bilbao’s goals in La Liga this season.

As you can probably tell by these stats, he’s a player with huge potential and there’s no surprise so many clubs around Europe are tracking the young Spaniard’s progress very closely.

The 20-year-old is yet to renew his contract at Athletic Bilbao with his current deal expiring at the end of next season. It’s expected the Spanish club will choose to cash in on the young right winger in the summer, if a new contract isn’t agreed by the end of the season.

Nico Williams holds a release clause in his current contract of £43million which any club could choose to activate come the summer transfer window & I’m sure with the way he’s performed so far this season, there will be many clubs interested, with Arsenal definitely being one of them.

The 20-year-old from Pamplona is seen as one of the best dribblers in the top five leagues according to Wyscout, with 4.5 successful dribbles per 90. The successful dribbles take the pacey, direct talent to third in the dribbling table, behind another Arsenal target in Rafael Leao and Lauriente.
