Arsenal Women will play Leeds Women in the fourth round of the Vitality Woman’s FA Cup.
Leeds Women are currently playing in FA Women’s National League North Division, whilst Arsenal Women are currently 2nd in the Barclays Women Super League. The magic of the cup tied these two teams together, and they will faceoff on 29th of January.
An interesting mention appeared today on Arsenal Women captain Leah Williamson’s feed, in which Leeds Women striker Amy Lea Woodruff shared her excitement about the matchup against Leah. In the tweet she wrote she said that she has already won no matter the result and asked Williamson for her shirt after the game.

Leah responded equally excited asking her to swap when the game finishes and adding a smiley emoji before writing “see you on the 29th”.

Amy Lea Woodruff could not believe this and posted another tweet saying that it is no wonder that Leah one of the biggest inspiration in women football and calling her a legend.
