Arsenal have left for United States, but who’s on the plane?
Arsenal are currently on their way to the United States where they will undergo a pre-season training camp as part of their preparation ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.
The Gunners first match in the United States will be at Audi Field, Washington D.C on Wednesday, July 19 against an MLS All-Stars team. They will then travel to New Jersey to face Manchester United on Saturday, July 22, marking the first time the two clubs have played each other on American soil.

The third and final leg of the US Tour 2023 forms part of the Soccer Champions Tour series and takes us to Los Angeles, where Arsenal will play against Barcelona on Wednesday, July 26 at SoFi Stadium, home of the LA Rams, also owned by Stan Kroenke.
With the Arsenal squad already left for the U.S, here’s a look at which players are definitely on the plane…
Goalkeepers: Aaron Ramsdale, Alex Runarsson, Karl Hein.
Full backs: Ben White, Takehiro Tomiyasu, Kieran Tierney, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Jurrien Timber.
Centre backs: William Saliba, Rob Holding, Auston Trusty, Gabriel, Jakub Kiwior.
Centre Midfielders: Jorginho, Fabio Vieira, Mohamed Elneny, Martin Odegaard, Declan Rice.
Wingers: Gabriel Martinelli, Bukayo Saka, Leandro Trossard, Marquinhos, Amario Cozier-Duberry.
Centre Forwards: Gabriel Jesus, Kai Havertz, Eddie Nketiah, Folarin Balogun.
These are the players on the plane to take-part in Arsenal’s pre-season tour. Emile Smith Rowe and Thomas Partey are missing, however both are expected to join up with the squad later next week.
Cedric has also not been included as we suspect he’s close to a move away from the club with Arsenal actively looking to sell the player ahead of next season.
A surprise omission is Reiss Nelson. We understand it’s due to an injury he picked up against FC Nurnberg but that is yet to be confirmed.
Sambi Albert Lokonga is also missing as he stays at London Colney to continue his recovery on the injury problem that kept him out of the game in Germany.
Matt Turner is yet to join up with the Arsenal squad after featuring for the U.S in the Gold Cup. Nuno Tavares and Nicolas Pepe are also yet to return as the club look to sell both players this summer.
