Arsenal’s winger pairing of Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka both reached 10 Premier League goals this season, following the Gunners 4-0 win over Everton.
Saka opened the scoring in the 40th minute, before Martinelli added two in the 45th and 80th minute, from a central striker position. It was Saka’s tenth goal, with Martinelli having one more, putting him fourth in the Premier League top scorers list.
Both wingers have been playing excellent and are the reason for Arsenal’s fantastic season and title charge.

Although some fans have criticised Martinelli’s performances in the last couple of games, the 21-year old Brazilian put all the critics to bed, by scoring four goals in his last three appearances. It seems like Martinelli and Arsenal’s new signing Trossard have an excellent understanding with them constantly switching position, and with Trossard assisting two of his last three goals.
So far, Martinelli’s best season in the Arsenal shirt was last season when he scored six goals in the Premier League, with Saka’s best season being also the last, where he scored 11 goals.
It is worth mentioning that Saka also has nine assists to his name this season, and he needs only one more to become the first player to have a double-double in the Premier League for Arsenal since Alexis Sanchez in 16/17 season, where he scored 24 goals and provided 11 assists.
Bukayo Saka & Gabriel Martinelli have another chance to improve on their goal tallies today as Arsenal take on Bournemouth at the Emirates Stadium.
