Arsenal’s fantastic win at home against Crystal Palace put them 8 points clear of Manchester City before going into the international break & Bukayo Saka had some big praise for an unexpected Arsenal hero…

Although, the win was very comfortable, some Arsenal fans did not expect it to be that easy. Reason for that was the news that William Saliba’s injury was worse than expected & he wasn’t available for the game…

Up step Rob Holding!

Rob Holding was the man who started in Saliba’s place and made his first Premier League start of the season. However, some fans were skeptical before the game because of Holding’s performances at the end of last season, especially in the game against Tottenham.

However, Rob Holding proved everyone wrong and he delivered. With 91% pass accuracy, 8 clearances and 73% duels won, Rob Holding played almost a perfect game and was awarded very high rating of 7.8, according to FotMob.

After the game, Man of The Match Bukayo Saka was full of praise for the 27-year old Englishman.

In a post-match interview, when asked about Holding, Saka answered…

“I gave him a big hug when he came into the changing room because he deserves it. He was magnificent. We need that, you know, when he’s coming in to stay at the level that we’ve been playing.”

He also added that Holding was magnificent and all the credit goes to him.

This shows the level of support for every player in the squad and how every player will have his moment this season. There is a real vibrancy among the team and Saka’s words just confirm that. Mikel Arteta has made argubaly the most likeable Arsenal squad in years, and all these things are driving the club to their first league title since 2004.
