Arsenal offer first professional contract to brother of current player

Ismail Oulad M’Hand has signed his first professional contract at Arsenal.

Last Friday Arsenal confirmed that Ismail Oulad M’Hand had put pen to paper on his first professional contract with the club.

The 18-year-old box to box midfielder endured a successful campaign last season in the youth ranks and has now been rewarded for his performances.

Having spent the past two and a half years within Hale End, the young rising star had previously played for Turkish outfit Fenerbahce. The player however is now fully focused on the task ahead with Arsenal as he has quoted the following:

“I’m very happy and excited, just proud to sign my first pro contract. I like our playing style, it’s good and it suits me. Hopefully, I can show more of myself.”

The future endeavours for Ismail Oulad M’Hand are looking bright as he aims to begin featuring more within the Arsenal U21 side next season. Last season saw the majestic Moroccan appear 24 times for the U18s, however a game for the U21s in the Premier League international cup has now set his standards high.

Ismail is the younger brother of Salah-Eddine who has also caught the eyes of the Arsenal management team within the recent year too. It is believed the elder brother will be part of Mikel Arteta’s pre-season squad heading into the 2023/24 campaign.

Both are most certainly holding the family name immensely well as they rise through the ranks at Arsenal.
