Arsenal have been flying so far this season as they sit top of the Premier League table, however the Gunners suffered only their second defeat of the season yesterday to the hands of relegation threatened Everton.
Clubs who win the league will always have setbacks throughout the season, what is important is how they recover from them. If Arsenal want to win their first title in 19 years then they have to make sure they respond in the right way.
Arsenal lost at Old Trafford earlier on in the season & went on to win the next four. They drew to Southampton and went on to win the next five. They draw to Newcastle and went on to beat Manchester United & Tottenham.
They have to respond in that way again, if they want to be serious title contenders this season.
Gabriel admitted on Twitter after the defeat that it’s time to stick together now more than ever & The Gunners must bounce back when they face Brentford at the Emirates next weekend…

One defeat doesn’t define a season & one defeat definitely doesn’t take away all the good things Arsenal have produced so far this season. Mikel Arteta’s side just have to make sure it’s only one defeat & they respond in the right way against Brentford up next.
The game is at the Emirates Stadium which will only help Arsenal to make sure they respond in the right way, considering the fortress it’s been so far this season.
