Two Arsenal youth team players were snapped in training with the first team today as The Gunners prepare for their upcoming fixture against Crystal Palace tomorrow.

Skilful attacking midfielder Charles Sagoe Jr and goalkeeper James Hillson were snapped as they trained with the Arsenal first-team today as Mikel Arteta’s side prepared for tomorrow’s home game against the Eagles.

The 18-year-old winger was an unused substitute away to Sporting recently. Sagoe Jr is highly rated and he showed why as one of the standout performers for Arsenal U18s last season.

With William Saliba an injury doubt and Takehiro Tomiyasu confirmed to be out for a while, there could be a space on the bench for an academy player as things stand.
