Here’s our predicted Arsenal line-up as the Gunners take on Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League tomorrow evening…
Arsenal are on a run of four Premier League games without victory which has handed Manchester City the advantage in the Premier League title race with five games left to play. However will this be enough for Mikel Arteta to make some changes to his starting eleven?
William Saliba will once again be missing for Arsenal as Mikel Arteta confirmed the player is no closer to returning to the pitch. The 22-year-old has missed Arsenal’s last six matches due to a back injury.
The Arsenal boss on William Saliba during his press conference ahead of the match:
“Pretty similar. He is not going to be involved tomorrow. We have to wait to the next game to see where we are are. He hasn’t improved this week at all.”
With the news that the Frenchman is no closer to a return, we expect Rob Holding to keep his place next to Gabriel on Tuesday night, despite struggling against Harland last time out.
There are few easier tests in the Premier League right now than subduing a Chelsea team who managed just one deflected goal in April. Rob Holding should have more than enough to deal with the threat Chelsea bring, even if they do decide to start with former-Arsenal striker, Pierre-Emerick Aubameayng up top.

However will Mikel Arteta make changes elsewhere on the pitch after the disappointing performance at the Etihad last time out?
Zinchenko, Partey and Gabriel Jesus could all very easily be dropped if the Arsenal boss does decide to make some changes at the Emirates Stadium tomorrow night. Kieran Tierney, Jorginho and Leandro Trossard are all eager to get on the pitch, if Mikel Arteta turns to them to change Arsenal’s form.
It’s worth noting Arsenal haven’t won a game since Leandro Trossard dropped out of the side, although Gabriel Jesus has returned in good scoring form since his return from injury, netting against Leeds, West Ham and Liverpool in the last few games.
We think Mikel Arteta will trust the players that have got him this far one more time tomorrow night. We expect Thomas Partey, Alex Zinchenko and Gabriel Jesus all to remain in the starting line-up to face Chelsea.
