The Arsenal player ratings after the Gunners pull off an incredible comeback victory at the Emirates Stadium this afternoon against Bournemouth…
Aaron Ramsdale – 9.5
Conceded two so can’t give him a ten, although I don’t think he was at fault for either goal, however without Aaron Ramble Arsenal would have 100% lost today. He pulled off two incredible one-on-one saves in either half to keep his side in the game.
My MOTM, as well as Reiss Nelson today.
Takehiro Tomiyasu – 6.5
Not a good performance from Tomi who was substituted at the break.
William Saliba – 7.0
Defensively Arsenal were bad today so it’s difficult to give anyone in the defensive line a rating above a seven. In all honesty Bournemouth could have scored more than two.
Gabriel – 7.0
Likewise with William Saliba, the Arsenal defence weren’t as solid as they usually are today, so both centre backs get a 7/10.
Oleksandr Zinchenko – 7.5
A leader on the pitch. Always takes responsibility, always wants the ball. Even when we were losing Zinchenko was the player trying to make things happen so he’s gets a higher rating in that regard.

Thomas Partey – 9.0
We all know how good Thomas Partey is and it was no different today. He breaks up so many opposition attacks & also grabbed the first goal to get Arsenal back into the game today.
Fabio Vieira – 7.0
Wanted more from Fabio Vieira today to be honest. He still has a lot more to give, I’m sure. Not a bad performance but not much to write home about.
Martin Odegaard – 8.0
Might not have got any goal contributions today but he’s the player, as well as Zinchenko, that is always trying to make something happen. Never hides & always wants the ball, decent performance from Arsenal’s captain overall today.
Bukayo Saka – 7.0
Should have scored in the first-half, bar that chance it was difficult for Saka to get into the game with Bournemouth always making sure he was tightly marked.
Leandro Trossard – 6.0
Trossard didn’t do too much before he came off on the 22nd minute with a muscle injury. Hopefully it’s not too serious, but it’s he can’t get a rating any higher than a 6/10 for that reason.
Gabriel Martinelli – 7.0
Martinelli played through the middle after Trossard came off, but he didn’t really have any clear cut chances and like with Saka, found it hard to get into the game at times.
Substitutes:
Emile Smith Rowe – 7.0
Ben White – 9.5
Reiss Nelson – 10
Granit Xhaka – 6.5
