Arsenal’s Premier League trip to Newcastle United has been pushed back a day to Sunday, May 7, 2023 and will now kick off at 4.30pm.
The game at St James’ Park, originally scheduled for Saturday, May 6, has been changed so it will be broadcast by Sky Sports in the UK.
Newcastle United held Arsenal to a goalless draw at the Emirates in January and Mikel Arteta’s team will need a win at St. James’ Park to cement their position at the top of the Premier League table.
The fixture will come on the back of our home game against Chelsea on April 29, with a potential title-decider against Manchester City at the Etihad three days before the trip to Newcastle.

Arsenal may have one leg already in the title race if they win all their games before the trip to the Etihad and a win at Manchester City will inch them closer to the club’s first Premier League title in 14 years and a win against Newcastle will secure the title for the Gunners.
In the meantime, any changes to Arsenal’s games against Brighton & Hove Albion and Nottingham Forest are scheduled to be announced on April 6 and April 14, respectively.
