After a game where Arsenal failed to capitalise on a two goal advantage for the second week in a row, Declan Rice was seen showing a possible sign of where he might end up at the end of the season.

Declan Rice and West Ham put a dent into Arsenal’s title hopes as the Hammers came back from two goals down, to get a point today at the London Stadium. With Manchester City winning yesterday, Mikel Arteta’s side are now only four points clear at the top with seven games remaining.

The pressure is mounting & Arsenal are stumbling but they’ll have the chance to get back to winning ways on Friday, before they travel to the Etihad in 10 days time for the ultimate title decider.

Nonetheless, today’s result is a big blow for the Gunners who held an eight point lead at the top only a couple of weeks ago.

However, some good news seem to have come after the game.

West Ham captain, Declan Rice was spotted after the game with Arsenal’s captain Martin Ødegaard. Ødegaard seemed to be signing a shirt for Declan Rice and it has awoken the theories that Rice is taking the matter into his own hands on which club he will be joining come the summer.

The 24-year-old recently made comments about how he would like to play in the Champions League next season and how he is impressed with the way Arsenal are playing.

It was Rice who was at largely responsible for West Ham’s comeback after he dispossessed Partey at the edge of the box, and passed the ball to Lucas Paqueta, who was then brought down in the box by Gabriel and the penalty was converted.

This photo doesn’t have to mean anything about the Rice’s potential transfer but it mostly certainly did intrigue Arsenal fans and gave them hope that the Englishman is very keen to join the Gunners.
