
Arsenal face Manchester City tonight in arguably their biggest game since moving to the Emirates Stadium in 2006.
Arsenal currently sit three points clear of Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table, however will drop to second tonight on goal difference if they fall to a defeat.
If Arsenal win they’ll go six points clear at the top with a game in hand. It’s a massive game which could have a major impact on who wins the Premier League come the end of the season.
To win the game Arsenal will have to be at their very best and a player key to making that happen is Thomas Partey. He’s irreplaceable for Mikel Arteta’s side.
However according to the Athletic, Thomas Partey picked up a slight hamstring injury during yesterday’s training session and is therefore out of tonight’s game against Manchester City.
It’s not thought to be too serious, but it’s still a big blow for Mikel Arteta nonetheless.
