Arsenal have confirmed the departure of another young talent ahead of next season.
Arsenal striker Nikolaj Moller has joined Swiss Super League side FC St. Gallen on a permanent deal this summer. The 20-year-old was out on loan this season at FC Den Bosch in the Netherlands.
Nikolaj Moller joined Arsenal from Malmo in 2020 where he impressed in his first season at club after recording 10 goals and assists in 18 appearances for the U21s. However since then the young striker has faced some injury setbacks during his two loan spells away from the club.
He managed to score seven goals and provide two assists in a total of 35 games across his two loan spell away from Arsenal over the past year. Nikolaj Moller will now look to overcome his injuries issues and establish himself in the starting lineup consistently at St. Gallen next season.

The 20-year-old has signed a long-term deal which will run until 2027 with the Swiss side. Alain Sutter, the head of sport at St. Gallen, spoke positively about the signing: “We are happy that Nikolaj has signed a long-term contract with us. He is young and can develop optimally with us.”
Nikolaj Moller will look to kick on in Switzerland next season and attempt to fulfil his high potential which was the reason Arsenal signed the player back in 2020.
